Remote access is a way for me to access and control your computer over the Internet. This means a convenient method of repairing issues on your computer. Our software is provided by Microsoft which gives an encrypted end to end secure connection. Connection is made with computers running Windows 10 or later by a telephone call, I will explain how to launch the software over the phone and tell you the required security code to make the connection. You then have to approve me taking control of your PC. However you still retain control as well and can close the connection at any time.

For the Bronze package, nationwide. For PAYG< Silver and Gold packages, the Humberside area, roughly from Barton down to Market Rasen and Cleethorpes to Brigg.

Direct Debit payments are the only type of payment to be protected by law to protect the consumer, so they are very safe. Payments for any of our packages are ongoing and are paid on the 5th of the month, there is no contract so you can cancel at anytime without penalty.
